The Velvet Peony

Note from Sundara... I used this photo a week or two ago, but my mother's peony's are blooming, the reds are just still gorgeous, and I only dyed a few skeins of this color the first time. This color is a little different. There isa little less purple and there is more hue variation within the red, but it is still very deep and rich and as glossy as you can get in 100% merino. But, that 100% merino makes it way more versatile than the last one, which I think was silky yak. But, like last time, it is just as spectacular as the peonies that inspired it.
