Jolene

Note from Sundara... This is my second Dolly Parton tribute color and I could not not dye a color inspired by Jolene. The song calls out the woman with auburn hair that Dolly doesn't want to steal her man, so we couldn't do anything close to red (no offense to red heads, just that one woman out to steal Dolly's guy).

Instead, I couldn't help thinking about Dolly's eyes. Bright blue with all sorts of eyeliner. So that's what I went with. Bright blue, but covered in a darker, deeper color. One that a young singer in Nashville might use to line her eyes. But not in a tacky way. This yarn is classy. Just like Dolly truly was.
